This is me in my office. I love helping people discover their unique design in the world of work (career counseling) & encouraging women in their lives by counseling from a Christian and Biblical perspective!

I believe our time together will be purposeful and God-willing, life changing.

My experience:

• I have an extensive background in mental health counseling (therapy). I am a licensed mental health counselor through the State of Washington.
• I have over 2,000 client contact hours working in an educational and professional setting.
• I specialize in working with Christian women in all walks of life: young professionals, moms, homeschoolers, mid-career changers and empty-nesters.
• I have training and over 5 years of experience in life coaching and I often find it very effective to bring this into the counseling session.
• I absolutely LOVE to do career counseling with people who are lost, confused, unsettled and even discouraged in their life pursuits for work/career.
• My Education:
  • Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA. (2001)
  • Masters in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, Or. (2008)
  • Extensive training in Biblical Counseling through Canyon Hills Community Church (2012-14)
  • Extensive training in Life Coaching through Western Seminary’s Coaching Program (2009-2010)
